Finn Jones is Iron Fist!
Today, Marvel Studios has launched season two of their Netflix hit-series, Daredevil. As fans prepare to binge throughout the weekend, the comic-book company has revealed some major news regarding the lead character for their upcoming Iron First series.
Game of Thrones star, Finn Jones, has officially been tapped to become Danny Rand in the new 13-episode series. It was previously rumored that Finn would be taking up the NYC-based role, but this marks the first time Marvel has spoken publicly about their secret show.
In the role, Rand returns to Gotham after missing in action for many years, as he plans to fight against a criminal element corrupting the island – while tapping into power of the fiery Iron Fist. Finn is still expected to reprise his role as Ser Loras Tyrell in G.o.T. next month; but this could be a potential spoiler, with his character set to also star in the Marvel Universe series, The Defenders.
