The Defenders coming fall 2017?
One of the most anticipated releases in the history of Netflix originals, has been Marvel’s upcoming The Defenders series. After seeing success from Daredevil, Jessica Jones and last fall with Luke Cage, the streaming giant is planning to bring them tougher alongside Iron Fist to reprise their roles together for the live-action MCU series. The interconnected show will have an 8-epsidoe first season, which filming for the show is nearing completion – after an October start.
A few days ago, Marvel and Netflix shared first photos of the quadrant, surprisingly keeping the series plot details a mystery for those who haven’t read the comics. We’re just hoping Matt Murdock isn’t the center of attention this time, because we’re assuming the introduction of Danny Rand this spring will have viewers in love with his show, as well as our girl, Jessica Stroup.
