Foxy Brown 2017!
The legendary character Pam Grier created in the 1970s is inching closer to being resurrected. Streaming giant, Hulu, is set to re-imagine the classic film and has officially signed Meagan Good to star as the leading lady. It’s unclear if the script will follow tradition with Foxy seeking revenge for her boyfriend’s murder, but a new story-line is currently being developed, with MGM Television as the production team. With no network shopping needed and Hulu ready to broaden their original programming library, we’re expecting this project to arrive sooner than most are anticipating.
Look for details next spring, including additional stars and a when season one filming will begin.
