We’ve seen Miley Cyrus show off her breasts and go nude in more than a handful of magazine spreads, so it should be no surprise or shock that she will be making her NYC Porn Film Festival later this month. The film in question is the Quentin Jones-directed “Tongue Tied,” which shows Miley in bondage and pasties, tongue out and as kinky as you’d expect nowadays. According to the festival’s director, Simon Leahy, the film is a pop take on S&M and a piece of work from a contemporary artist.
