Room
Originally premiered last month at the Telluride Film Festival, Canadian-Irish drama film Room makes its way to the states. Based on the same popular novel, the film stars the likes of our girl Brie Larson, Jacob Tremblay, Joan Allen, Sean Bridgers, and William H. Macy. What stands out to us about this project is its unusual situations, centered on a mother and son who’ve been enclosed in space outside of their will. After being released from their captivity, Ma introduces her 5-year-old son, Jack, to the outside world as his first ever discovery. Now outside of the Room from being held for seven years by Old Nick, Ma and Jack look to hold their freedom for good.
