The Martian
Arguably the biggest release this month, is science-fiction/fantasy motion picture, The Martian. With a notable cast of Matt Damon, Jessica Chastain, Kristen Wiig, Jeff Daniels, Michael Peña, Kate Mara, Sean Bean, Sebastian Stan, Aksel Hennie, and Chiwetel Ejiofor; the former stand-out Toronto International Film Festival standout from last month is one of 20th Century FOX’s biggest rollouts of 2015. With its well-over $100 million budget, the project coincidentally focuses on a group of NASA Astronauts that suffer the worst possible thing that could happen in exploring the planet of Mars.
After a fierce storm, one of the astronauts is accidentally left behind with a limited amount of supplies to survive. Mark Watney, who’s stranded and is still upbeat on one day returning home, his former associates work constantly to bring him home in their biggest rescue mission to date.
