If you’re in need of strictly a thriller this month, Alan Wake’s upcoming film Reclaim may be your fix. Starring John Cusack, Ryan Phillippe, Rachelle Lefevre and Jacki Weaver among others; the upcoming film centers on an a couple (Steven and Shannon) that sadly sees their newly adopted daughter go missing.
After making a report to local authorities and the adoption agency, the two put their own lives at risk to reclaim what’s there’s and live out dreams of being parents. While some elements of the film may seem cliché, there’s some elements in the thriller this month that may even be temping for casual goers this weekend if Universal Pictures anti ups their promotional efforts.
