The Lobster
Nearly an entire year removed from a 2015 premiere, The Lobster finally reaches the masses. Starring Colin Farrell, Rachel Weisz and Jessica Barden among others, the new science-fiction movie focuses on single people who must find mates within 45 or will be transformed into animals.
While the idea and description may seem a little left-field, the story of a dystopian society morphing into beasts and being set into the woods is definitely eye-catching – in comparison to its competition. If you do see this limited release at your local theaters or even on-demand, don’t sleep on it.
