Although cult fans of the original may be in awe over the remake of Oldboy, others will be relishing the fact that Spike Lee has taken upon the classic on his own terms. Starring the likes of Josh Brolin, Elizabeth Olsen, Samuel L. Jackson and Sharlto Copley, the film follows the story of an executive looking for revenge after being held as a prisoner for 20 years, while matters may have originally appeared a little easier than expected.
