Barbershop: The Next Cut
After 12 years, the original Barbershop cast returns for the third installment of its main entry series. With Ice Cube, Eve and Cedrick the Entertainer returning, Barbershop: The Next Cut also stars Nicki Minaj and Common, who both have a significant role in the film.
Without ruining too much of the premise in the film, the collective of barbers shares a tale of working in the streets of the south side in Chicago – while trying to do their best to combat trigger-happy gang members. Cube revealed that the long delay was to make sure that script made sense for the time, so hopefully movie goers are kind to this release this weekend.
