Since taking a break from the movie industry after Savages and Gossip Girl, Blake Lively finally returns to screens after a three year break. The blonde bombshell stars in the new epic romance fantasy film, The Age of Adaline, which focuses on a 29-year-old born at the turn of the 20th century and after an accident left her ageless. Adaline Bowman has gone nearly eight decades without aging, including never allowing herself to get close to others to find out her secret. That’s until she meets a man who might be worth losing her immortality for after years of enduring a solitary life. The $25 million budgeted project from Lionsgate and Warner Bros. may fly under-the-radar from some in the mainstream, but it could be lost gem in the peak end of spring releases this year.
