Welcome to the first weekend of August!
Last weekend, to no surprise, Tom Cruise defeated all competition with the release of Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation. As Marvel’s Ant-Man approaches $300 million worldwide in domestic revenue, we have another major release tonight from the popular comic-book company (see: picture above). However, in comparison to previous weeks, we have a full-slate of films on deck from all genres, so movie goers will all have something to check for this weekend before NFL pre-season play begins next Thursday.
