Welcome to the first full weekend of new releases in the year 2016. We took a break last week, due to only one film releasing Quentin Tarantino and Samuel L. Jackson, so extra promotion for The Hateful Eight was unnecessary – given posters across the world and ads every time you sit in front your TV. This weekend, the quiets are theaters but we still have a few standout gems.
