The next 72 hours will consist of cookouts, shopping, relaxing and most of all – fireworks. Although we’re not seeing that same at the box offices this weekend with blockbuster releases, there’s some films out there for many movie goers. From sci-fi adventures, comedies, thrillers and even a documentary observing the day, we’re still skeptical whether the masses will be intrigued enough to see what’s new this weekend. While the elephant in the room this month for new releases is Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, there are still high-grossers to check out the next 3 days.
