They Came Together
Amy Poehler and Paul Rudd finally see their comedy film They Came Together hit theaters in the United States. After being greeted by warm reviews at last January’s 2014 Sundance Film Festival, it should be a hit for moviegoers this weekend based on the cast mates involved. Normally, when two people randomly meet in these types of movies, it’s always love at first sight, but for Joel (Rudd) and Molly (Poehler) it’s hate. Joe plays the role of head for a Coporate Candy Company is threatening to shut down Molly’s indie shop.
Still hung on his sexy ex, Joel eventually falls deeply in love for Molly, but the two develop a rift when a new man arrives in the life of Molly. With an inevitable ending always in play like the rest of “them,” They Came Together should feature enough charm for those in need a rom-com for the next 72 hours when the World Cup games are off.
