One of our favorite actresses at the moment, Brie Larson, has an OSCAR-worthy performance tonight in the new release of Room. Originally premiered last summer at the Telluride Film Festival, the drama-thriller (based on the same popular novel), also stars Jacob Tremblay, Joan Allen, Sean Bridgers, and William H. Macy. After being held captive in a garden shed with her five-year-old-son Jack, Joy Newsome finally escapes enclosed surroundings they’ve been limited to through his entire life. Young Jack, soon makes a life-changing discovery of the outside world, after being kidnapped his entire life – as we see his first experiences outside of the shed.
