Sleeping With Other People
The biggest wild card releases arriving on the final days us summer in our opinion, is Sleeping with Other People. With a familiar cast in the likes of Jason Sudeikis, Alison Brie, Natasha Lyonne, Amanda Peet and Adam Scott; the romantic-comedy film has almost every element to attract casual viewers at the box offices this month. However, the previous indie-film has been properly put together since is stand-out Sundance Film Festival, as movie goers and fans of those actors we listed out have been patiently waiting for a release.
This also marks Alison’s first ever sex-scene, as Sudeikis was the lucky man to get up close and personal with Mrs. Brie. The two assume the roles of Lainey and Jake, who is a good natured womanizer and a serial cheater – respectively. The pair soon form a platonic relationship, which is beneficial for the both of them professionally and personally. However, as you would expect in any rom-com, things eventually transition to a mutual attraction before their task is complete.
