War Dogs
Based on a Rolling Stone article by Guy Lawson, the much-anticipated Warner Bros. Pictures release, War Dogs, finally hits theaters tonight. The biographical crime war comedy film stars Jonah Hill, Miles Teller, Ana de Armas, J. B. Blanc, and Bradley Cooper, which centers on a pair of two young men, who win a $300 million contract from the Pentagon. David Packouz and Efraim Diveroli, who receive the contract, are set to arm America’s allies in Afghanistan.
While big bucks may be the original focus of the childhood friends as an international arms dealer. the large deal to supply Afghan forces puts them into business with some questionable people.
Although Efraim and David only want to live the high life, their exploitation of a government initiative to allow businessmen to bid on U.S. military contracts has enough intrigue for us to make a trip out to theaters at some point within the next week. Make sure to light something before watching.
