Don Verdean
We can normally accept a PG-13 comedy, but Don Verdean is a rare occasion where we wish things were catered to more mature audiences. Starring Sam Rockwell, Amy Ryan, and Jemaine Clement, the comedy film centers on a self-professed biblical archaeologist, who’s fell on some hard times with money, friends, family and his future. He soon meets an evangelical preacher, who helps him with financial support to mislead and change a few words in the good book; but at the cost of not living a righteous path anymore. So far, the film hasn’t been met with great reviews from critics or fans, but we’re not sure if this is a cannabis-themed project or not.
