Ghostbusters
Who you gonna call? The official reboot of the popular Ghostbusters series has finally arrived, but we’re still trying to figure out why the film has received so much negative flack from fans. The film, which stars the likes of Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones – features an all-woman cast, in comparison to the 1984 classic with Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis.
While the tale nearly 30 years ago ended all belief of beings beyond the physical form, the four ladies are out to prove that ghosts exist in the modern society of Manhattan. The end result is them battling an army of over a thousand mischievous souls that descend throughout Times Square.
We’re waiting to see feedback from casual movie goer, but if you have nothing to do this weekend, it wouldn’t be a bad idea. Go at your own risk, people.
