Here’s the new Netflix standard subscription price heading forward
Earlier this weekend, Netflix emailed users that its prices would be increasing, beginning the month of May. This comes just after its October price increase for the two-stream HD plan, which stayed at $8 dollars for those on grandfather deals. However, the streaming giant is planning a new price hike to $10 for all users wanting the service in high-definition.
Those of you who plan to keep the original plan, will still be able to enjoy the service; but only on one device and in standard definition. With Netflix continuing to add new series, faster movies, late night shows and even imminent live events, this shouldn’t come as a surprise to any.
