Danny Fucking Tanner & company are being resurrected!
20 years after airing its final episode of eight seasons, Netflix and Warner Bros. are ready to reboot the cult-following sitcom comedy series, Full House. So far this year, we’ve seen cancelled fan favorites seeing a revival for The X-Files, Coach and Twin Peaks. According to TVLine.com, the new web series will be titled Fuller House and will reportedly have a new 13-episode season on Netflix. John Stamos, Candace Cameron Bure, Bob Saget, Andrea Barber and Dave Coulier are on board and/or nearing verbal commitment to the reboot.
Unfortunately, the Olsen Twins, Mary Kate and Ashley haven’t been mentioned from the story; but we couldn’t imagine a reunion to take place without the two stars of the series. Original show’s creator, Jeff Franklin, would be in control of creative and directorial once the deal is complete. Last February, Tanners of San Francisco were seen in a Super Bowl yogurt commercial, which sparked initial ramblings of all parties to unite again.
