Daredevil & Chill, Rosario Dawson?

Over the last few years, Netflix has developed a diverse library of original series, with standout shows like House of Cards, Orange is the New Black, Narcos, Daredevil, and Bloodline to name a few.

This week, Netflix head of content acquisition Ted Sarandos has announced the streaming giant is planning to producer 31 original series in 2016 – in comparison to just 16 right now. While the entire slate of programming is yet to be revealing, well-known shows like Fuller House, Flaked, Marvel’s Luke Cage, The Get Down, and Love: Judd Apatow’s are just some of the new series arriving.

In addition to the scripted series, Netflix will also deliver 10 feature films (hopefully not all by our guy Adam Sandler), 12 documentaries, 30 children’s programming for an enhancement to its kid’s section, and 10 stand-up specials. Currently, the company believes they’ll still maintain quality, with a notable increase in quantity, but we’re anticipating an imminent price-hike for the service next year.
