As one of the leading directors from over the past 30 years, it’s always a pleasure welcome a new film from Spike Lee. 2013 is scheduled to see the release of his latest production titled “Oldboy,” which is based around a Japanese comic of the same name. Starring the likes of Josh Brolin, Elizabeth Olsen and Sharlto Copley, the story follows the life an advertising executive who has been kidnapped and held in imprisonment for close to 20 years. Once the character is eventually released, his goal is to find out who exactly was responsible for the past two decades of his life, although the suffering is still a huge factor of his mentality.
Be sure to look out for the motion picture to hit theaters on October 25th.
