Does Showtime have another hit-series on their hands?
If you remember over the summer, Showtime Networks premiered the debut trailer for their new complex drama series, Billions. Emmy and Golden Globe winners, Paul Giamatti and Damian Lewis, take a run at attempting to contribute to another hit-show on the premium channel this winter.
Ahead of its premiere in a few weeks, we get a first-hand look at the high finance legal battle of New York City, between U.S. Attorney Chuck Rhoades and Bobby Axelrod. While AXE isn’t on the run for business corruption and insider trading (or worried about his current associates being flipped by the government), Chuck makes it his mission in life to bring down the billionaire hedge fund king – one way or another. Look for the TV series debut this January 17th at 10:00pm ET/PT.
