We probably gave you a hint of it before, but we’ve been watching a lot of television in 2015. Little by little we’ve been checking out more shows, building our viewing catalog immensely during the past 12 months. We’ve soaked up TV like a sponge, leaving some series behind and catching up on others. What we’ve discovered has been great and our hunger for more keeps growing.
See, right now, they’re calling it a golden age in TV. Yes, there’s so many shows under so many networks and streaming services that it’s hard to watch them all. But if you think about it, we’re spoiled. Seasons come out on one night and we binge all weekend watching. We no longer have to wait a given amount of weeks to watch. We can wait until it hits Netflix and spend a week going ham. Everything is at our own pace. Plus, networks are rolling out better series to help lure everyone’s attention. Creators and directors are having more freedom and able to do more of what they want. The bar is being raised and everyone is out to capture the next break-out hit.
It’s truly a Renaissance and the best is yet to come.
