Master of None
We don’t know about you, but we enjoyed the shit out of the first season of Master of None, Aziz Ansari’s original series on Netflix. Reviews of the show for the most part seem to be positive as well, although we have heard some friends say that they weren’t feeling it. The only quarry we have is the cynical ending to the season finale, but it’ll be interesting to see where they take it.
Aziz tried to keep the show organic and as real as possible, even enlisting his own parents to play the role of his parents on the show and they stole the show in a few episodes they were in. From the characters like Denise (super funny) to the super cool girlfriend Rachel, the show hit the spot on a number of topics for millennials, who are struggling to find themselves in the midst of growing up.
Leave it to Ansari to put things into perspective.
