Dr. Thackery is back!
There are so many good TV shows out that we can’t seriously pick one as the favorite, but The Knick has to be towards the top of the list. Season two is about a month away and Clive Owen (Dr. John Thackery) is back from his rehab stint and back to cause more havoc on the hospital. It seems like the show has fast forwarded a bit and based on the trailer for the new season, things haven’t gotten better. If anything, they’ve gotten worse for John, since he’s snorting coke off his palms and feeding into his addiction. We’ll find out how much Nurse Elkin enables him (she seems to have other love interests on deck) and/or if Dr. Algernon Edwards will be standing in the way of the Thackery genius/madness.
Season two of The Knick premieres on Cinemax October 16.
