Richard, The Brother
This season, we got to meet Richard’s twin sister, Emma. As you may remember from season one, Richard said she took care of his wounds after he came back from the war and nursed him back to health. He confessed the two used to be close when they were younger, but after returning home from the war, things changed and he emotionally distanced himself. So much that he picked up and left without saying a word to her.
Now that he has returned, she’s pregnant and in a little bit of trouble, but fully capable of taking care of herself. Once Richard realizes he’s better off with a family of his own, he leaves her with the neighbor, who has kindly looked after her.
