Fast forward to last night’s episode (Salvage), SAMCRO tries to pick up the pieces after their charter and garage was blown up by explosives placed by the Irish. After many wondered if Jax was capable of leading the club forward, “Salvage” began with Chibs offering the gavel with a mutual look to make things right.
Tara reveals her upcoming plans to Unser as she’s tried to keep them underwraps. Those plans however, include her filing for divorce from Jax to take the boys away from the promising trouble that lies within Charming, and leaving them with Wendy if anything were to happen. Nero is still fighting his framing (courtesy of the now dead US Marshall) for one of his “girls'” murder while he is making attempts to separate himself from the troubles he found himself in doing business with the Sons. Bobby finally makes his long awaited return as the club heads North to reassemble, but Bobby has been busy as he’s actually been recruiting for SAMCRO, only to return with loyal riders. As Jax is bringing the brotherhood back to SAMCRO with his monumental speech to the rest of the charters, we can finally have some breathing room with the club.
While it may have looked like Jax was taking the club down an unforsaken path, Tuesday night’s episode seemed to provide a bit of promise and relief that things just may be alright for SAMCRO. Many pieces have been put into play this season, “Salvage” seemed to show things coming full circle. While I’m sure many SOA fans are glad to see Bobby make his return, maybe that can put some of you at ease that a silver lining is in sight. And am I the only one questioning Juice’s recent run of trying to prove himself? As for next episode? It appears the DA is taking matters into her own hands with all parties involved. The ongoing feud between Tara and Gemma looks to have finally reached a boiling point and Jax continues to make peace with all SAMCRO everything… Stay tuned.
