In a recent interview with fellow legendary actor Michael Keaton, Samuel L. Jackson took a break from promoting The Hateful Eight to discuss his recent 18 months in London.
After coming across a new-generation of kids, who weren’t old enough to see his films back in the day, Sam touched on the hair style he had in Pulp Fiction. Quentin Tarantino originally planned for him to have an afro-wig, but a botched order from a stylist caused Jackson to receive a Jheri curl.
This initially caused Tarantino to become furious during pre-production for the motion picture, but Samuel explained how N.W.A.’s influence on the culture at the time made it acceptable.
