So the Makaveli biopic ‘All Eyez On Me’ has started!
After years of trying to get this project to come to reality, the Tupac Shakur biopic has finally started early productions in Atlanta. As you can see above, new director Benny Boom and long-time producer L.T. Hutton took a few early pictures on set for their new All Eyez On Me film.
Following the project exits of both Carl Franklin and John Singleton, the pair celebrated behind-the-scenes for their long journey of finally bringing the historic story of Makaveli to the public. Marcc Rose, who portrayed the late rapper in NWA’s Straight Outa Compton biopic, wasn’t tapped to reprise the role in the now green lighted motion picture. Below, we get a first look at an unidentified actor playing Shakur with Kat Graham, who’s presumably portraying Jada Pinkett Smith.
Look for more details in the coming weeks on All Eyez On Me, including potential plot details and who’s also been tapped to star in the movie.
