HBO’s The Wire might be a distant memory, but it still lives in our hearts whenever we see Michael K. Williams in Boardwalk Empire, Michael as Mack Wilds or Snoop make cameos in music videos. To this day, it can be debated as one of the best shows to ever grace television. Even though we’ll never see another new episode, things like this make us want to run through all five seasons again like it was our first time watching.
ADN must be a big fan too, because he took the time to draw select characters from the show and “Simpsonize” them. If you weren’t aware of the term, it means he drew them as they would appear on The Simpsons. Shit is on point too, but we wish he wouldn’t have snubbed Michael, Marlo, Avon Barskdale, Bubbles, Jimmy McNulty or Clay Davis.
