Adam Driver stole the show in the trailer, playing a more toned down version of himself on GIRLS.
If you’re looking for a romantic comedy to watch at the end of Summer, This Is Where I Leave You might be it. The movie is based on the novel by Jonathan Tropper of the same name and revolves around four siblings (Jason Bateman, Tina Fey, Adam Driver and Corey Stoll), who return to their childhood home after the death of their father.
Of course, all these years later, life threw them plenty of curveballs and they all try to re-find themselves amidst the chaos of the funeral and their crazy mom (Jane Fonda). From the looks of it, the story revolves mostly around Jason Bateman’s character, after he found out his wife was cheating on him with his boss. Ouch.
Luckily, a woman from his past is there for the rebound.
The Shawn Levy-directed film hits theaters nationwide on September 12th.
