Oh man, we LOVE our taco trucks. I’d fight tooth and nail defending my favorites and remain loyal to the ones that have held me down. Los Angeles might be the mecca for food trucks in California, and has brought a fusion of food. From Korean BBQ trucks to regular Mexican taco ones, grilled cheese, soul food, organic food trucks, and many many more.
Thrash Lab did a wonderful job of documenting the phenomenon, interviewing people behind-the-scenes and getting their opinion of the business and why they got into this line of work. The competition is fierce, but they find it very rewarding at the end of the day.
