“This is the biggest one ever!”
A few days ago during their 2016 schedule announcements, The CW announced that they were planning the biggest ever superhero crossover on TV. The plan from the network currently, is to bring together Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow for an annual four-show mega crossover event in the coming months. CW head, Mark Pedowitz even went as far as to say that Supergirl should’ve been a show on his channel from the start. Following her CBS exit a few weeks ago, The Flash and Supergirl previously teamed up this spring to pilot the crossover – which immediately became one of the stand-out episodes from its freshman year.
