The Doctor is in this November 4th!
Since first learning Benedict Cumberbatch would be starring as Doctor Strange in late 2014, we kind of felt this title would be a dark horse for being one of the better comic-book films this year. Tonight, Marvel Studios debuts the first teaser trailer for its upcoming Stan Lee and Steve Ditko self-styled Sorcerer Supreme theatrical release from Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
Unlike its cohorts of The Avengers, Iron Man and Captain America, the new trailer switches things up for the immediate future of Phase Three in the Marvel Cinematic Universe – bringing us to a new dimension. In the trailer, you get a brief breakdown of Stephen Strange’s traumatic accident, which leads to him acquiring some unusual super natural powers to defend the world from evil.
Also starring Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, Michael Stuhlbarg, Mads Mikkelsen, and Tilda Swinton, look for Doctor Strange in theaters worldwide this November 4, 2016.
