Ghost can’t leave drugs alone, the game needs him.
50 Cent has been busy promoting his Animal Ambition album for the past few weeks, well ahead of his release date at the top of the month. His Starz TV show Power has also been getting a fair amount of promotion from Fif and the series pilot is now up for your viewing pleasure. From the looks of it, it has some potential.
The show follows James St. Patrick, also known as “Ghost,” one of the major distributors of drugs in the New York City are and owner of a new club in town. The first episode follows him as he tries to make a better, more legitimate life for himself for him and his family, except for the part he still has a foot in trafficking.
After getting hit by an unknown source for a large amount of cash, him and his crew work to resolve the matter, especially because his boss heard about the news and threaten to cut him off from the business if he didn’t get his ducks in a row. Of course in the process, money is not being made and the pressure is on to find out who hijacked his people. They turn to banging to get to the answers.

There’s also a twist.
After seeing an old girlfriend at his club, Ghost catches up with her to talk about what they’ve been doing during the 18 years that they never saw one another. It’s obvious he still has a thing for her, but he has to be very careful.
It turns out, she works for a special task force looking to destroy the drug network he’s a part of, except she has no idea he’s involved. Yet.
