It’s that time again, Oscar time! Tonight the 86th airing of the Academy Awards are taking place, and we are here to go along with you on the journey. Right when this years nominations were announced, we could tell that this year would be up for grabs in almost every major category. For example, take a look at the stacked “Best Picture” category. Tonight we will see possibly the most popular film of the year, The Wolf Of Wall Street, take on heavyweight films such as American Hustle, Dallas Buyers Club, Her, 12 Years A Slave, Gravity and more. In our eyes you could make a case for each of those films to take home the award.
The beauty of tonight, is that almost every category is stacked like that, and we could see it going a number of different ways. With the hilarious Ellen DeGeneres hosting, and Pharrell looking to win an Oscar for his #1 song “Happy,” tonight has the makings to be great. 9:34: They keep giving out random little awards, but at least we get to stare at Kate Hudson.

10:24: The Oscars just took a turn, because they really ordered pizza. High Harrison was happy. So was Big Mama’s and Papa’s Pizzeria for the exposure.

11:25: “Best Adapted Screenplay” goes to John Ridley for 12 Years A Slave. Did anyone catch him throw wild shade on director Steve McQueen?
11:27: “Best Original Screenplay” goes to Spike Jonze for his marvelous script for Her.
11:29: The Oscars have been on for hours, but Ellen is still killing and having fun!
11:33: The Oscar for “Best Director” goes to Alfonso Cuaron for Gravity. Shoutout to Latinos winning at the Oscars!
11:42: Time for the big time awards! For “Best Actress In A Leading Role” the winner is Cate Blanchett for Blue Jasmine.
11:49: The award we have all been waiting for! For “Best Actor In A Leading Role,” and the award goes to Matthew McConaughey for his work in Dallas Buyers Club. [Watch Speech]
