Are you ready for “Awards Season” already? We certainly are and tonight it kicks off with The 71st Golden Globes Awards. The reason we have mad love for the Globes is because they cover all of our favorites from both TV and movies. Not to mention the fact that the hilarious duo of Amy Poehler and Tina Fey return to host this year and we’re sure they’ll bring us laughs all night. This year’s nominations are stacked too, especially in the movie categories.
With critically acclaimed films such 12 Years A Slave, Wolf Of Wall Street, American Hustle & more all up for nominations, there is no telling who will be bringing home the wins. Because of all these toss ups, tonight’s show is a must watch tonight (in our book), and we will be right here to bring you everything as it happens.
We’ll have a list of the winners, any memorable incidents, snubs, pictures from the show and everything in between. Sit back and watch with us!
8:05: We want to have a threesome with Amy & Tina.
8:10: The first award of the night for “Best Supporting Actress In A Motion Picture” goes to Jennifer Lawrence for her work in American Hustle!

8:15: Jackie Bissett’s speech was a little too long, especially when the music kicked in to boot her off the stage and she kept talking for 5 minutes afterward. Oh, shoutout to the FCC for that “shit” slip.
8:25: Did American Horror Story just get robbed? Regardless, congrats to Behind The Candelabra for the “Best Mini-Series” win!
8:27: These categories are pretty “zzzz.” Where is Tina & Amy at?
8:33: Shoutout to Aziz for stealing the show so far with his awesome photobomb!

8:37: “Shit” bombs and messing up the teleprompter? What kind of operation are they running at the #GoldenGlobes!?
8:40:Talked about a stacked group for “Best Actor In A Dramatic TV Series,” but congrats to Bryan Cranston on the win! #RIPWalterWhite
8:43: Breaking Bad takes the Golden Globe for “Best TV Drama Series”! YEAH BITCH!

8:51: Diddy and Usher hold it down and introduce the award for “Best Score,” which was won by All Is Lost. The winner may be just a little bit faded! Too much pre-gaming with Diddy beforehand? Take that, take that.
8:55: Diddy and Usher stick around to present “Best Song,” which goes to Bono for “Ordinary Love” from Mandela! Welcome to #DiddyWasted too!
9:03: Wow Jon Voight takes the “Best Supporting Actor” award. We’re stunned that Aaron Paul didn’t get the nod and effectively got snubbed! On another note, we have to respect Jon on his excellent scarf game!
9:05: The real winner tonight is whoever got Olivia Wilde pregnant!
9:08: Robert Downey Jr. brings his next level swag to the stage to announce Amy Adams as the winner of the much deserved win for “Best Actress.”
9:15: One time for Tom Hanks being one of the coolest guys ever by doing this with his Golden Globe award!
9:20: Tina & Amy are back out there being hilarious (and sexy) to announce that Robin Wright gets the win over Kerry Washington! YAAASSSSSSS Twitter has got to be upset.
9:22: Did Jim Carey just say that? #ShiaLaBeoufEther
9:22: Congrats to Jared Leto for taking home the “Best Supporting Actor” win! He killed it in Dallas Buyers Club.
9:29: Emma Thompson up there getting her drink on, live on stage, presenting “Best Screenplay” wasted! Congrats to Spike Jonze on taking home the award for Her!

9:36: Congrats to Andy Samberg for the win! Huge moment for the former #SNL cast member! Oh and we saw you sneak in that kiss Andy. Play on playa!
9:45: Jimmy Fallon is in the house with that one chick from Bridesmaids to present “Best Actor In A Mini-Series.” Congrats to Michael Douglas on the win! Respect for shouting out Matt Damon, something we all want to do at some point in life!
9:57: Amy Poehler is not only hosting, but she took home her first win for “Best Actress In A Comedy Series”! We still want that threesome with her and Tina.
10:05: Props to Woody Allen for whatever award they are giving him (the slander on Twitter was epic), but hey look at Emma Stone looking fine as all hell on stage! Diane Keaton is accepting for Woody and just dropped a whole slew of cuss words on stage! She was also the most boring part of the night.
10:17: Ben “Coke Boy” Affleck on stage to present “Best Director” and big congrats are in order to Alfonso Cauron for his amazing film Gravity. Sidenote: Who knew they had hot dogs at the Golden Globes?

10:22: Yes! Brooklyn 99 takes home the Golden Globe for “Best Comedy Series.” Samberg continues to roll in the wins.
10:27: Time for “Best Actor In Comedy Or Musical”! Congrats to Leonardo DiCaprio on the win for his role in Wolf Of Wall Street!
10:37: One of the most prized awards of the night in the “Best Picture Comedy or Musical” goes to American Hustle!
10:45: “Best Actress In A Drama” time! Congrats to Cate Blanchett on her win!
10:48: Matthew McConaughey takes home the win for “Best Actor In A Drama” for his work in Dallas Buyers Club. Also, his wife is an absolute babe!

11:00: And that is all folks! We will see you right here for the Academy Awards!
