Crowd Participation
If you’re at a Dilated Peoples show, chances are you’re a heavy fan of their work. With no top 10 singles to their name, you’re likely to know a lot of the words. This relationship between Dilated and the audience paid off, with the venue rapping along to every word and Evidence jumping into the crowd for the first time on the tour run.
One of the best moments was when a fan came up onto the stage to rap with Evidence and Rakaa. With a mic of his own and arms around the two emcees, you could tell how much it meant to him.
