Fuse TV recently caught up with the kid 50 Cent to discuss the latest delay of his album from February now to late spring citing issues internally within the new look Interscope Records saying he’s wanting to release the “Street King Immortal” as soon as possible and is waiting for a hard date from the label.
With the album being pushed back, Fiddy’s been taking advantage of the situation perfecting the album as best as possible going back to the studio with new creativity for the project even recording a song recently that he felt topped a record on the album. He felt the new record had to replace the previous record he had that had a major feature as well as he wouldn’t leak out who was on either record to not create tension.
He then jumped into discussing the upcoming record with Chris Brown “Lighters” that will be featured on his album which the record was initially for C. Breezy’s album but after hearing it from DJ Felli Fel, he immediately felt it had to be on the album.
The clip closes out with 50 discussing features for his album which so far he has Ne-Yo, Trey Songz, and John Legend to go along with the already announced Eminem, Chris Brown and Adam Levine and also hints at a potential tour. Stay tuned as hopefully we’ll see a concrete imminent release date announcement for his upcoming album.
