The real snitches will get exposed soon
Day 4 of the Tr3yway trial continued with Jorge Rivera taking the stand to reveal some eye-raising information. After being arrested by I.C.E. last summer for an alleged sexual act with an under-aged minor (allegedly his cousin); Mr. Rivera was facing deportation from the United States.
However, he soon brought up to the federal government that he was the official driver for 6ix9ine and members of Tr3yway. This immediately gave the government another insider they needed, not named _____.
So, after facing deportation from the states, Jorge agreed to help the federal government. This was in exchange for immunity from the Tr3yway Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) charges.
Yes, Jorge was officially in the RICO case, for his involvement with Tr3yway; including having possession of the gun from the Barclays Center incident. In court, Jorge revealed that Shotti passed him a coat to wear, which contained the firearm that was used in the arena.
While confirming that he was an official federal informant, he confirmed that both 6ix9ine and Shotti knew that his car was bugged with cameras. This raised more eyes for the defense and the abundance of red support in the courtroom for Harv and Nuke.
Take a look at the breakdown below of day-four Tr3yway court.
Jorge Rivera says he is from Mexico, came to Brooklyn via North Carolina. At first he worked in a tire shop, until February 2018. Then became a driver for a car service.
He met #6ix9ine because someone hired him to drive them to a video shoot.

A: they were friends, they were together a good amount…After the day he was kidnapped, quite a bit.
