A Tribe Called Quest performs “We The People”
This weekend’s Saturday Night Live was one of the more memorable episodes in the show’s existence. With Dave Chappelle providing the masses with a much-needed comic relief from what’s been going on around the states this year and the recent conclusion of the Presidential Election, he decided to have some long-time comrades join him for a co-debut appearance at 30 Rock.
A Tribe Called Quest, who were only a few hours removed from releasing their first album in over 18 years, We Got It from Here… Thank You 4 Your Service, joined Mr. Chappelle at SNL to perform and tribute their fallen member, Phife Dawg, which you can watch above and below.
