One of the first songs we heard from A$AP Twelvyy‘s 12 album was certainly “Strapped.” It set the mood for what to expect from his project and as he explains to Genius in this interview, he confesses that he never thought that any of this could happen for him.
As he explains some of the bars in the song, Twelvyy describes how he was moving in the streets and wanted to gain notoriety on the block first before transferring it to the music shit, regrets not being a better friend to his A$AP Yams, and why he’s stunting on his ex now. Things have changed for the better now, but even when he’s back in the old hood, anything can happen.
