Ab-Soul is the least understood member of TDE but quite possibly the most lyrical. He’s already got another project in the way, and “Terrorist Threats” sounds like the stepchild to “Druggys Hoes Again.” Adding Danny Brown to the mix exponentially throws more prescription to the pill jar, with Jhene Aiko’s presence bringing a different vibe as well.
Long story short, this record is TOUGH. EXTRA PILLS!!!
