Adele Performs “Hello” Live For the First Time

Adele at the BBC

Hearing Adele belch out the hook to “Hello” gives us the chills sometimes, so it should be no shock to anyone that she would overtake the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 this fast with her latest single. It’s Adele’s world. We’re all just living in it.

So while she continues soaring to heights we haven’t seen since “Someone Like You” four years ago, she has taken the stage at BBC to perform her 25 single for the first time live. The last time she was on stage? “Skyfall” at the 2013 Academy Awards.

Aside from performing the song, she also sat with Graham Norton to talk about why she likes music so much and putting out the new album when everything was right. She also confessed that she can’t tweet on her own account because of past drunken rants that her management thought was best didn’t occur again. So now it has to go through a chain of command.

Check out a preview of the performance in the clip above, which will air on November 20 (the day her album drops) in the special titled Adele at the BBC.
