‘Amy’ Coming Soon
A documentary film based on the life of Amy Winehouse is getting prepared for release in 2015. The simply titled Amy is directed by Asif Kapadia and the rest of the team behind the award-winning Senna from 2012, and is set to hit UK theaters July 3rd with a pending US date. Within the picture will be a look at all aspects of the London singer’s life, from media attention, two albums and the addiction that lead to her passing of alcohol poisoning.
