Earlier this month, Angie Martinez shared her official first ever tell-all book with My Voice: A Memoir. The legendary radio personality is currently on promo run for the memoir release and made her way to The Fader to share a few rare stories from her days at Hot 97 and The Tunnel.
Above, Angie Ma revealed that The Notorious B.I.G. came up with the outline for his classic “10 Crack Commandments” track, after hearing her instrumental with DJ Premier. She also discussed a hilarious story of Big Punisher showing up to her show with weed cookies, which she didn’t know the effect they would have on her – thinking it was same thing as smoking normal marijuana.
