Though he’s yet to reveal his face or much detail about himself, Appleby has been making waves with his music just fine. His last track “Bitter Boy” was riding the Billboard charts for a long while, sitting side-by-side with the likes of Justin Bieber and other mainstream acts. With only a handful of songs out, he’s built up a sort of cult fanbase that grows with each passing release. His latest record is a super-smooth ballad titled “Glossy Ride.” It rides a melodic, sample-based instrumental from R E T R O 1, who sets up the perfect stage for App to so eloquently glide over.
